Purple Stack was founded on a simple observation: technology services companies were consistently hiring the wrong sales talent — not because the candidates weren't good, but because the fit was wrong. We built Purple Stack to solve that problem. Over more than a decade, we've developed a deep network of revenue leaders across IT services, digital consulting, and enterprise technology — and we've built a diagnostic process that goes far beyond matching keywords on a resume.

Today, Purple Stack is led by Monica Sethi, President, whose experience spans hundreds of searches across some of the most respected names in technology services and consulting.
